Your description should clearly illustrate your B & B in favourable but honest terms without underselling the individuality and qualities of your accommodation. You may include details such of the accommodation, local environment, tourist features and activities, special menus. Heading 
This is usually your town or suburb listed in the search facility or index. Style of B & B 
Traditional B&B: Generally small owner occupied home usually with private Guest living and dining areas
Homestay: Similar to a Traditional B & B where Guests may share living and dining areas with the hosts Farmstay: Country Accommodation usually on a working farm Self-Contained: Separate self-contained accommodation, with kitchen and living/dining room. Breakfast provisions are often provided at least for the first night Separate/Suite: Similar to self-contained but without kitchen facilities. Living/Dining facilities may be limited Nearest Town 
Indicate the distance and direction, e.g. 30 km E of Perth.Room Tariffs 
We suggest you show tariffs in a range (eg $95-$120) to take account of rates for different rooms or high periods. GST inclusive if registered.Breakfast 
Indicate the style of breakfast you serve.
Light: A continental style breakfast such as toast, cereal, fruit juice, tea/coffee. Full: A light breakfast plus a cooked course.
